Welcome to Camp Jam, a one of a kind summer camp whose motto says it all:
"No canoes, lots of rock"
"It means, it's not a regular camp, it's a camp for rock" says one of the campers. This summer camp offers 2 five day sessions for kids ages 11-17. After the campers are put together in their new bands, it's time to pick a band name...
Fazio's and Camp Jam present four student bands to conclude the Spring '08 session of Rock U! This concert is FREE OF CHARGE and open to the public. We encourage all family & friends as well as those checking out our Rock U program to attend. This event will be held in the same theater where we stage our summer camp: Camp Jam. Come and get a free preview!
Camp Jam and NAMM's Ready-Set-ROCK! Tour just wrapped up its first successful weekend and crowned the first Guitar Hero III and Rock Solo contest winners of the tour. We got the word from B&G Music and Fazio's Frets and Friends music store in St. Louis that those places was packed out with kids wanting to take part and jam with a real rock star.
Young rock stars will be given the chance to play Guitar Hero against real Rock Stars for some serious cash.
Coming to St. Louis this weekend is the Camp Jam and NAMM “Ready-Set-ROCK! Tour.” It's a free, interactive music clinic that will give you a chance to learn from and play against for real rock stars.
